Leave it all behind for a day and walk away with a rejuvenated body and renewed spirit.
How it Works
A 4.5 hour day-retreat for anyone feeling stressed, frazzled or unclear on their future direction. We believe that nature is the ultimate reset button. Through body movement, breath work and curated mindfulness experiences, this immersive retreat has everything you need to completely recharge.
We take care of everything for you; no need to prep or pack. All you have to do is say ‘yes’ to your personal evolution. How cool is that?
The day starts with a restorative half-mile loop around our gorgeous property. ‘Forest bathing’ has been proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone production, boost immunity and mood and improve overall feelings of wellbeing.
You’ll ‘walk and talk’ – pausing every once in a while to breathe and take it all in. This sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Next Up: Aerial Yoga
A playful practice designed for yogis at every level. ‘Elevating’ your practice is a fun, safe way to get out of your head and into your body.
In this 1.5 hour class, you’ll feel like you’re hanging out in the treetop canopy. You’ll never get this at a studio 😉
Your nourishing plant-based lunch will be catered by a renowned Organic Chef. We can customize the menu to your group’s dietary specifications.
After lunch, pause for a curated set of journal prompts designed to help you find your own True North. Explore your inner world, and leave with your own best next steps and aligned actions. Nature is a powerful tool for transformation.
Close out the day with a one-of-a-kind meditation experience. Sprawl out in a dark hammock, pop on a headset to drown out distractions, and immerse yourself in our signature True North meditation for clarity.
“The true north retreat was nothing short of incredible. It started with a nice hike around the gorgeous property, where we searched for pawpaws, got to hear some of the history of the land & geode, and got to know a little about each other. Once back at the dome we got to play around with aerial yoga. We were guided through journaling prompts where we set goals, and actions for the goals. We ended our day with a meditation on headphones while laying in a cocoon/hammock it was amazing.”
