Have you ever hit that wall where no matter how hard you push, you just feel… empty? Burnout doesn’t ask permission—it sneaks in when you’ve been busy being everything for everyone, overachieving like it’s a badge of honor, and forgetting the one person who matters most: you.
I know this because I lived it. For years, I poured myself into being reliable, strong, and always the rock. I thought if I just kept working harder, pushing more, and meeting everyone’s expectations, I’d finally feel free. Instead, I felt tired. Disconnected. Unfulfilled.
And then it hit me: sometimes the bravest thing you can do isn’t working harder—it’s stepping back. It’s saying no to the pressure of being perfect, and yes to fueling yourself. Because when you pause, when you reset, when you strip away the noise—that’s when your true north begins to shine through.
At Geode Nature Dome, this is the vision. A sacred space where women like you can reset, breathe, and discover that living simply isn’t about having less—it’s about living more. More clarity. More joy. More of you.
✨ Journal Prompts to Begin Your Reset:
Where in my life am I giving too much energy away—and what would it look like to pull it back?
What expectations of others feel heavy on my shoulders? Can I lay even one of them down?
If I had one day completely free from responsibility, how would I spend it?
What small act of self-nourishment would make me feel alive again?
What does my “true north” look like—and how far or close do I feel from it?
🌙 What’s Next: This winter, I’ll be launching a program designed exactly for this—teaching women to release burnout, find freedom in simplicity, and step into abundant living. Think tiny homes, nourishing food, pampering, deep reflection, and the kind of connection you’ve been craving.
❄️ Wintering at Geode: “Wintering” is our invitation to pause, soften, and honor the slower rhythms of the season. In a world that tells us to keep pushing, this gathering creates space for rest, reflection, and gentle renewal. Imagine, restorative movement to ease the body, guided journaling to clear the mind, forest bathing by an expert in the natural world finishing with a tea ceremony to warm the soul. Together, we’ll lean into stillness, embrace cozy comfort, and reconnect to the wisdom of winter: that deep rest is not just restorative—it’s transformative.
💌 Want to know more? We’ll be hosting a free “Get Familiar” night at Geode Nature Dome soon—an intimate, informational evening where you can experience the space, ask questions, and see if this journey is calling you.
